When I was reading November’s Diary entry, it made me appreciate how lucky we are with supermarkets just down the road with every delicacy imaginable, just sitting there waiting for us to be inspired.  Can you vision yourself milking the goats before heading off to work, then drying the cheese on the car bonnet while in the office, just so you would have something to snack on during winter!
