Was quite enlightened this month when I was informed that it takes 5 combings on average to consider a goat well and truly combed!
Know what an ordeal it can be at times to get my cat Anna to stand still while I comb her tangled locks! It gives me a great appreciation for the herders and the life they lead in order to provide us with this wonderful fibre.
