Lavender Scented Bags

Having a garden of scents & smells, it is wonderful to be able to bring them inside and into our wardrobes.  These bags are designed for moth repelling.

Moths do not like the scent of camphor, hence the traditional use of camphor chests to store one's cashmere inside.  For our bags we use both the dried flowers of lavandula x intermedia, (sourced locally from Victoria Lavender Farms), along with rice infused with lavandula x intermedia essential oil for double impact.

Please note that while the smell will discourage moths looking for a home, if they are already present, then this will not be sufficient deterrent, hence  the recommendation to  carry out regular checks of your wardrobe.

Over time the scent naturally softens & fades, To rejuvenate the scent, simply squeeze the bag gently, this will crush the flowers inside, releasing further scent.
